Named after the city in India where the style originates, Mysore-style practice follows the Ashtanga set sequence of postures and can be described as a 1:1 lesson in a group setting, where each person does the postures at their own pace and level while the teacher gives individual instruction as necessary.
If you have ever wondered – am I doing this right? – you would probably benefit from this type of class. A class that is accessible to any level, beginner or advanced. Gradually, you will develop your own practice that can be taken with you anywhere you go.
You can drop in any time during the scheduled hours for this class, but make sure your length of practice will not exceed beyond the given time slots. If this is your first time, make sure you do not arrive later than 30 min before the class ends.
There are no classes on full and new moon days.
