Class Times
Classes take place Monday-Friday 6:00-9:00 & 17:00-20:00. Last arrival no later than 30 minutes before the end of the time slot. There are no classes on full and new moon days.
Class Location
Morning and evening classes take place in the church hall at St James Garlickhythe. Entrance door is from Doby Court opposite More Yoga. Directions can be found here.
